What's not in it

Straight answers, so nobody's surprised later.

Online ordering and payments. Not included. If you need it, say so and I'll tell you honestly whether it's worth building or whether you're better off with the ordering platform you already use.

A .ie domain. €60 a year rather than €45, because .ie needs proof of an Irish connection that only you can give, and it's a manual registration. Worth it if you want it.

Photography. Real photos of your shop, taken by a person, aren't included. The images on your site are your own, plus atmosphere images where you've none, and those never pretend to be your room or your staff.

SEO as a monthly service. The site is built to be found. I'm not going to sell you €299 a month on top of it.

The guarantee

In your first 60 days live, if the site hasn't brought you one thing you can point at, an order, a booking, a phone call, an enquiry, or a review that mentions it, I keep working on it, free, until it does.

Or ask for your money back. You get all €690, and the site stays yours.

Why it's not €2,000

A Dublin freelancer charges €1,500 to €3,000 for a site like this. An agency starts at €3,000. They're not overcharging: most of that is meetings, briefs, revisions and six weeks of back-and-forth with you.

I've removed the six weeks and the meetings. The site is already built before we ever speak. What's left is the site.
